7 day turnaround commences from the day we receive all images, copy and data required to populate the site. These 7 days do not include weekends. Customers with a B.T or dial up Internet connection will require advanced mailboxes at a cost of £20/mailbox. Full payment is required in order to secure your selection of site design. The price of £799 is subject to VAT at the standard rate of 17.5%. This can be made by cheque payable to Winny Ltd [cheques must clear] or by telephoning and paying by credit card. Before we post your live website we require you to have signed all documentation and returned it to us. Your payment of £799+VAT (plus any selected extras) will be deemed as your deposit, and your acceptance of the terms and conditions. Deposits are non refundable.
Whilst stringent efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained within the pages of the website you are fully responsible for the content of your website, ensuring its accuracy and reliability and advising us of any alterations necessary. We make no guarantee, representations or warranties to the legality, reliability, currency or accuracy of any information therein contained, and again this responsibility is yours. Similarly we accept no responsibility for errors or omissions from your site, and cannot vouch for availability, suitability or reliability, legality of prices of goods or services that might be attained through the persons/ companies/ organisations advertised within your website.

Customers are responsible for regularly monitoring and creating backups of their own content and agree to use the Winny Ltd t/a The Consultancy sources and infrastructure at their own risk.
